WHO’S ELIGIBLE FOR A FREE HUNT:
Veterans with a disability rating of 30% or higher
WHAT’S PROVIDED:
- 7-day 6-Night accommodations at the HERO lodge for up to 5 hunters per hunt – Groups are welcome to apply
- Two meals a day & Snacks
- Paid lowa whitetail deer license for the hunter
- Hunt guides and land to hunt Handicapped accessible hunting blinds & accommodations

Selection via a random drawing for the hunts will occur August 5th live on Facebook. Hunters are responsible for purchasing all other licenses required to legally hunt in lowa (minus the deer tag) and provide all their own hunting gear and transportation. All hunts are subject to the availability of lowa DR whitetail deerlicenses
